These are stories of people who quite suddenly lost some ability to enjoy life. Stories like these happen in every community and will repeat more frequently as the numbers of people age 65 and over reach 1 in 5 in only a few years.
‘Good Rides,’ our first public/private partnership strategy, helps communities give the ability to enjoy life through mobility. The strategy is growing as more communities see the value of helping people age in the communities they love and more people discover fun in a ‘good ride’ with ‘good neighbors.’ The challenge – 1,000’s of communities remain!
